Event Types: Weddings, Casino Nights, Conventions, Large Parties…anything you want to do at a commercial venue.
What We Do: Our Partender(s) will show up an hour before your event to help set up. They will pour drinks or help with food and keeping the venue clean, although most commercial venues have their own staff for cleaning. We do not provide food for commercial events as the venue typically handles that, although if they don’t, you can ask us.
Minimum Time: 5 hours, which starts 1 hour before the event begins.
Number of Partenders: One Partender per 60 guests is required. Use our Contact form to start the conversation so we can meet your needs.
Cost: $400 base fee for a 5 hour block per Partender. You can add additional hours for $80 each.
Equipment: Our Partenders bring their own kits for making all drinks (shaker, muddler, strainers, ice scoops, etc.)
Attire: Depending on the type of event, you can request how formal or informal you would like our Partender(s) to dress, but ultimately, it is their decision.
Tips: We prefer that our Partenders leave out a tip jar that accepts cash and Venmo. However, if you do not wish to have your guests tip, a 30% additional fee will be added to the base fee.
Alcohol: We do not provide alcohol, but we can consult with you about your needs based on our experience. We will also consult with you about mixers and ice.
Insurance: For commercial events, typically the venue’s insurance will cover any issues. However, we do carry a $1 million liability insurance policy just in case. We do not serve minors or intoxicated individuals.
